三、适用范围
1. Ⅰ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料:主要用于做屋面防水层或有较高伸延性能的场合做防水。
2. Ⅱ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料:主要用于地下室，地下隧道、卫浴间、水池等，特别潮湿及长期在水中浸泡的条件下的施工。
3. Ⅲ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料: 主要用于做立面需要粘贴瓷片的部位做防水。

五、使用方法
1.基面处理
将基面清理干净，找平，保持无裂缝、无松动；阴阳角做成圆弧角；将尖锐的地方磨平。
2. 聚合物水泥基防水涂料配料
Ⅰ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料配比（重量比）： 液料：32.5R以上普硅水泥=1：0.5；
Ⅱ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料配比（重量比）: 液料：32.5R以上普硅水泥=1：1；
Ⅲ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料配比（重量比）: 液料：32.5R以上普硅水泥=1:（2～2.5）。
3. 节点部位处理
泼水湿润基面，对于阴阳拐角、穿墙管道、地漏口、施工缝等用Ⅱ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料加玻纤布进行加强处理，厚度约为1.0mm。
4. 防水层涂刷
按规定的比例取料，用搅拌器充分搅拌约5分钟左右，直至料涂中不含团粒，如需加水，则要先在液料中加水，用搅拌器边搅拌边 徐徐加入粉料。彩色层涂料的颜料加量为液料的10%以下，并且只需要在面层涂料中添加颜料。涂覆时要尽量均匀，不能有局部沉积， 并要求多滚刷几次使涂料与基层之间不留气泡，粘结严实。加无纺布施工时，下涂和上涂要连续施工，无纺布要铺贴平直，并用刷子刷实不留空鼓。层不粘手之后直接刷第二层（每层约0.6mm，不能过厚）；一般防水需要刷两层以上，后一遍在防水层未干时在上面稀撒中沙，可增强其与保护层的粘结力。刷完之后涂层边缘多刷几遍收头；等防水层完全干固。
5. 防水保护层
防水层干固之后可根据需求做1.5～2.0cm厚的水泥砂浆保护层。
6.参考用量：
Ⅰ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料厚度1.0mm，约0.8～1.0kg/m2。
Ⅱ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料厚度1.0mm，约0.6～0.8kg/m2。
Ⅲ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料厚度1.0mm，约0.4～0.6kg/m2。
六、注意事项
1.涂料搅拌均匀后，一次性用完，切忌将干固胶料重新使用。
2.施工温度适宜5～45摄氏度，施工时空气流通。
3.施工后两天内，注意防雨淋、强晒或寒冻；工具及设备使用后请即用水清洗。
七、包装及储存
50公斤／桶、25公斤／桶、20公斤／桶、9公斤/桶；放置阴凉处，保质期6个月。
