1. Inhibiton Activity:When 1.0ug of this antibody were added to 5 unit of rTaq DNA
polymerase,99.7% of DNA polymerase activity was suppressed at 40℃.
2. No visible band of 250bp mouse L1 repeat DNA was observed after 40 cyclers of
PCR using 10ug of this antibody.
