油墨特性 Characteristic :
Vantan 75系列是一款溶剂型高亮光双组份多功能丝印、移印油墨。高亮光、附着力强、硬度高、耐酸耐碱、耐酒精、耐二甲苯、耐丁酮、耐水煮水泡。色泽饱满、流平性、印刷平整无针孔、遮盖佳。
Vantan 75 series is a solvent-based high gloss two-component and multi-functional screen printing and pad printing ink, with high gloss, strong adhesion, high rigidity, acid and alkali resistant, alcohol resistant, xylene resistant, butanone resistant, boiling and soaking resistant. Full color, excellent levelling property, smooth printing without pinhole and good coverage.

适用范围 Applied range:
适合印刷玻璃、不绣钢、铝片、马口铁、油漆面等底材；应用于要求高光的电子、电器表面印刷。
Suitable for printing on glass, stainless steel, aluminium sheet, tinplate, paint surface and other substrates; used in highlighting printing on surfaces of electronic devices and electrical appliances.
使用方法Method of use :
印刷前可用酒精或抹字水清洁印刷品表面的污垢及油渍,玻璃清洗后需烘干。
please clean the printing surface and dry the glass with drier before printing.
固化剂和烘烤条件：添加P527固化剂；油墨：固化剂=100;10;烘烤150度，5-30分钟或自干24小时。
Curing agent and drying conditions: add P527 curing agent; printing ink : curing agent=100:10; drying at 150℃ for 10 to 30 minutes.
稀释剂：根据印刷方式和环境条件添加10%左右稀释剂调节油墨稀稠度。
Diluent: add about 10% diluent to adjust the consistence of the printing ink according to the printing method and environmental conditions. 
添加本公司不同的固化剂可得到不同的墨层性能，具体使用请咨询本公司技术人员。
You can get different ink layer performance by adding different curing agent of our company, please consult technical staff of our company for specific use.
注意事项Be careful :
玻璃清洗后烘干玻璃，潮湿天尽量避免施工。
Dry the glass after cleaning, try to avoid the operation in wet weather.
功能测试（如：耐化学测试、水煮、水泡等）在油墨充分固化并放置24小时后进行。
Function test (e.g. chemical resistance test, boiling resistance test, soaking resistance test and so on) should be performed after the printing ink is fully solidified and rested for 24 hours.
已添加固化剂的油墨在规定的时间内使用完，并不得收回至原包装内。
The printing ink with curing agent should be used up within the specific time and shall not be recycled to the original package.
