YZ3-200X系列液压打包机
该压块机主要适用于，物料密度在100公斤/立方米以下的轻软碎物料的压缩打包，整系列产品为全自动型。
机器工作原理：YZ3-200X系列机器为三只压缩油缸（填料油缸、压缩油缸、出料油缸），机器可通过自动控制进料的体积来控制进料的重量。料仓分为出料仓跟压缩仓两部分。出料仓可以外接更大的出料仓，也可与传送带，绞龙的输送设备直接连接。压缩仓的落料体积可以通过调整压缩油缸行程开关的位置来调整压缩仓的大小（解释：如果原料的压缩比不大，会造成没有多余的填料空间，填料困难，这时需要考虑用YZ2系列机器）
机器出口尺寸跟压力可以定做，常规机器的出口尺寸为：420mm*220mm，出包长度为650mm；使用人工：2人；
警示说明
Warning Instructions
1、在不具备压力试验条件时，不允许拆掉换向阀的铅封和调整调压弹簧座。
1. In the lack of condition for the pressure test, it is not allowed to remove the lead sealing of the reversing valve to adjust the pressure regulating button.
2、泵不允许反向旋转，否则极易损坏。
2. Avoid counter rotation of the pump which is very easy to damage.
3、包箱门未关牢或开门后严禁加压，否则会造成活塞杆弯曲。
3. Avoid increasing pressure when the door of the wrapped box is open or not close tight, or the piston rod will crooked.
4、活塞杆运行时严禁向送料口伸入头手或送料。
4. Avoid put hands or head into the feed port when the piston rod is running.
5、如打包物料属易燃品，应加强防火措施，以免发生火灾。
5. If the packing material is combustible, fire protection should be taken to avoid fires.
6、出包压头及压缩压头未退回到原位时不能给对压缩仓填料，否则物料会进入推包油缸跟压缩油缸后方，如此时再填料压缩容易造成推杆损伤或堵料

Prohibit filling the compression bin when the discharging pressure head and compression pressure head haven’t return to the original places, otherwise, materials will enter into the back of push cylinder and compression cylinder in which case the filling and compression may cause rod damage or material blockage.
7、用户因违反操作规程，随意调压及加压超过控制线而造成压力过高、造成机件损坏，厂家概不负责。
